What Is A Nominee Director And Why Would I Need One?

A nominee director is someone who acts as the director of the company at the request of the beneficial owner. Westglobe provides U.S. and offshore nominees. Nominee’s come into play when the beneficial owner does not what his name disclosed in public records. Sometimes a company owner would like to have his company sign documents on behalf of the company so his identity or liability is protected. Nominees usually have no control over any of the company accounts or other day to day business of the company without the owners consent. Westglobe provides U.S. and offshore nominees. We also provide a signed undated resignation letter by the nominee so the owner can have the nominee resign upon dating the letter.
